See it end to end
The whole path, in one picture.
Here’s every stop your application data makes, from a job posting to a Gmail draft — and which parts happen only on your PC.
Everything inside the dashed boundary runs on your Windows PC. Only applicant tracking systems, your AI provider, Gmail and — if you pair one — your phone sit outside it, and only when you connect them. What reaches your phone is encrypted on your PC first.
Set up your local workspace.
Install the Windows beta and add your resume or work history. CareerSeeker builds a local profile from it — and you review every extracted fact before anything uses it. That profile becomes the reference all later checks run against.
Choose what to connect.
Out of the box, the app does discovery. Add an AI provider key when you want assisted preparation and claim checking; authorize Gmail separately if you want email drafts. Anything you connect can receive relevant career information — you decide.
Let it find and weigh opportunities.
CareerSeeker reads public postings from supported applicant tracking systems (ATS) — Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby among them — and ranks openings against your profile. Employer research adds context. It’s still smart to confirm a listing is open with the employer.
Draft materials, check the claims.
It prepares tailored resumes and cover letters, then checks every generated claim against your profile. Unsupported claims block the draft; if verification isn’t available, the application waits. Passing the check is a good sign — not a guarantee every sentence is perfect.
Review, edit, send it yourself.
With Gmail connected, the finished materials land as a draft in your account. Look over the facts, the recipient, the attachments, the tone. Then you press Send — CareerSeeker never does.
Check in from your phone, too.
Pair the Android alpha with this same Windows engine — scan a QR code, confirm a six-digit number — and get a read-only view of your recent applications, top job matches, and whether your audit trail is intact, synced with end-to-end encryption. It never sends email or applications; it just lets you check in. Get it from the download page.
